How to Use It
MyProtein do provide a sample diet for a day using these products, however this is how I would do it.

You could either mix some of the whey with the oats to create a weight gainer like I've mentioned here. In fact I would reccomend that.

My next reccomendation would be to take the recommended serving of the vitamins (1 tablet) in the morning. Take 2 Omega capsules twice a day with food.

Now, you can make your own PWO drink if you combine 50g of True Whey and 30g of dextrose. Alternatively, you can pick yourself up some Leucine and try this PWO protocol that's worked for me. If you use that protocol you'll already have the creatine at hand.

Putting it All Together
Wake up: 1 vitamin tablet, 30g of Instant Oats mixed with 30g of True Whey and 3g of creatine

Lunch: 2 Capsules of Omega 3 6 9 + your food

1 hour before training (optional): Another 30g Instant Oats and 30g of True Whey and 3g of creatine

Post Workout: Either My Protocol or 40g of True Whey mixed with 30g of Dextrose.

Dinner: 2 Capsules of Omega 3 6 9 + your food


That would be a sure fire way to maintain immune function, health AND build some quality lean muscle!
